Section 4 Review

- The noise restrictions in Aspen are strict, but simple; 70 dB in the summer throughout the City and in the winter on the Mall, 80 dB all other times and places.

- An Extended Impact Permit is required for manufacturing onsite.

- A good Noise Suppression Plan and proactive work by the contractor are key to staying within the regulations.
