Definition:
Construction Mitigation Officer (CMO)
CMO's are employees of the City of Aspen Engineering Department who make sure all aspects of the CMP are being followed.
There are three official enforcement steps, in order of severity:
1. Verbal Warning
2. Correction Notice
3. Stop Work Order (aka red tag)
