- 70 decibels (dB) during the summer on-season throughout town
- 70 dB during the winter on-season for projects on the Mall
- 80 dB all other times
- Summer on-season is 6/1 – Labor Day Weekend
- Winter on-season is 11/15 – 3/31


All measurements will be taken with a sound level meter using the “A” weighting scale set on a “Slow” response which will be taken from the property line of the project.



For projects that are working on a unit inside a building, the measurement will be taken on the outer side of the unit.
